When I called AIS Insurance i wasn't expecting the outstanding service that I received. Karen was very helpful and informative with the policies. I've never had AIS was an insurance company but now I do believe that they are number one for a reason. I'm very satisfied with their service thank you Karen for going out and beyond for me to get great insurance.

Vianney is professional and very informative when providing all my options. She took the time to educate me so I know what type of policy is best for me. She truly cares and is aware of my needs. She is different than any other agent that I've dealt with. For the first time, I actually know what policy I have and felt involved with choosing what works best for me.

Today was hectic trying to get new insurance for my personal vehicle. Victor, was very helpful to help me find the best rate and additional useful information for the future. I was able to find the best rate with no stress at all. Sandra, was so personable as she finalized the information Victor found for me. I called and got a quote with Lula and she was really nice & helpful! Shopping for car insurance is not fun at all but she made the experience pleasant. She was informative and courteous too' I saved around $300 switching to them!
